Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific products you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 70% full and include any promotional gifts received with the purchase.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
